In the Lariva22 project, the architectural space is not merely a static facade but a dynamic canvas that tells the story of time. Each area appears to be a reflection of time, mirroring its own unique atmosphere and functions. The designer draws inspiration from the art of lacquer, integrating the temporal essence of lacquer into the space, with the gradual rhythm of sunrise and sunset permeating it. Every time the lacquer is polished, it is akin to the passage of time, causing the lacquer base to gradually transform into a lustrous and translucent state, while the color becomes more vivid and resplendent; the carvings become more substantial and the shapes acquire greater depth. Just as the space within the cycle of the sun and the moon, amidst the rush of stars and rivers, it undergoes a transformation from initial amazement to profound contemplation, and concludes a spiritual journey from the individual back to the natural flow of time and space.
