At the onset of the design process, we conducted a global survey and benchmarked against world - class private clubs, namely Paris SOHO HOUSE and London's Estoril Manor. These clubs share a common characteristic of a classic design that seamlessly integrates history and modernity. Consequently, we aim to establish a sales office that can serve as a vessel for Shanghai's past, present, and future, adopting a global perspective.

 

We explore the essence of Shanghai culture using an international language, substituting the hustle and bustle with tranquility and relaxation to uncover another facet of Shanghai and advocate for a distinct urban slow - paced lifestyle. In terms of spatial layout, color scheme, and material texture, we create a unique "urban micro - vacation" experience and interpret the international top - tier residential model through classic and timeless avant - garde approaches.
