This villa, with an area of 305 square meters, features five above - ground floors, along with a private underground garage and a courtyard. The exterior facade of the residence adheres to the style of Shanghai red bricks, which is classic and timeless. We have refined the design concept of "Jinse Huannian", which combines contemporary art and retro charm. It is hoped that through this design, the essence of Shanghai's characteristics and contexts from different eras can be drawn upon. This design not only continues the past but also explores the future, recombining them into a residence that showcases the owner's unique artistic taste and temperament.

The space is also imbued with rich cultural heritage and the collision and integration of modern fashion trends. Whether it is the decorative art of the Victorian era, the exquisite craftsmanship of the Art Nouveau movement, or the ancient charm of the Republic of China period and the luxurious Shanghai style that fuses Eastern and Western cultures, all are reinterpreted through design to create a new vision, outlining the unique contemporary retro charm and fashionable elegance of this residence.
